How do I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched you'll receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

 Can I exchange or return my order?

Yes you can, until 14 days upon order delivery.
If the exchanges & returns platform is not showing the desired exchange product you can e-mail us at info@mushmove.com 

Orders are returned to the following address:
Largo das Ametistas, 96, 3º Esq, 2785 - 812, São Domingos de Rana, Portugal

Once we have received your original order back at this address, we will process your exchange within 3 working days. 
In case the exchange product is not available, a gift card of the same value will be issued. 
Orders of products on sale are final.
